Phone can't use Messanger service HTTP Error [404]! CUPS 7.0.3 CUCM 7.0.2

Hi,

I have problem when trying to access the IP Phone messanger service through Phone. I have checked all the settings many times.

When I send broadcast test message the CUPC receive it. The ip phone 7941 can access the first menu with pin but when I choose Messages or other item in the menu I'm receiving exactly this message HTTP Error [404]!.

Please help to resolve the issue.

404 means the URL was not found. If configuration was right, it could be the (IPPM) files were corrupted on CUPS. Backup the configuration and resinstall the CUPS server might solve it.

Hi Michael,

I preinstalled the CUPS. Right after that I have tested the Messagner Service and it works. After a few minutes it again hanged and stops to work. The same error occurs. I'm using VmWare 3.5 as environment for my CCIE lab.
