Softphone with ThinClient Win2003 WTS

Hello,

I am facing the following situation: I have a router 2801 with CCME and some 7911 installed and running, but need to install softphones on the stations, but stations are ThinClint via WTS Win2003. Could anyone help me?

Hi Java,

Thanks for the response, reading the datashet Cisco IP Communicator 7.0 does not mention where applications involving Thin Clients with Win2003 WTS.

I have the Cisco IP Communicator 7.0 installed on my PC and running well, but most of the workstations in the company are Thin Clients.

Is there any tips for this type of environment?

Cisco support and testing is only if you install CIPC within the outlined requirements.

Anything out from the requirements is not supported and has not been tested.
