Voicemail and Transfer issues on UC520

Hi everyone,

I have two questions they are as follows:

1* I have setup voicemail on extension 206 and it works fine but the LED light on the handset dosn't come on. I have looked in the CCA and even in GUE but cant see anything to active the LED.

2* When I answer an incoming call on ext 201 and transfer it anyone of the other extension it will not allow me to announce the call, it disconnects me but the handset I have transferred to rings. Also i have check all the programming in CCA and GUE with without success.

Can some one please help me. Look forward on your response. Thank you.

Would you mind posting your config for both CUE and CME?  Remember to remove all passwords.

With extension 206, can you verify that is the first button on the phone?
