UCCX Call redirect

Hi all,

After call comes in to the IVR i want to transfer it to some PSTN number, and  if the dest number is busy, i need to transfer it to another PSTN number.

I tried to use call redirect in script, but when 1st dest number is busy call ends.


Pls help me how to do this?

The call redirect does a blind tranfer. You will need to use call consult transfer step to perform a supervised transfer.

What are you doing on the Busy condition of the Call Redirect Step?

In  Busy - Unsuccessful - Invalid  condition  I'm trying to do another call redirect.

I've tryed this script in debag mode and it shows that even when  number is busy my script goes to the "successful" condition.

I upploaded my script.
