Hello everybody,
I have to plan a migration from a legacy telephony system to CCM6.1. We have some analog phones implementing intercom, so when they go off-hook, they automatically place a call to a given DN. The first option we considered was using ATA186 because this scenario is given on "dirty" environments such as labs, it is also given on lifts where the alarm button is connected to the PBX and, when it is pressed, a call is also placed to an external destination.
As ATA only accept Speed Dial Combinations on its Phone Button Template. I dont know how to implement this feature. Is there any way to do it? If not, do you know some way or have some suggestion to emulate this behavour even though it doesnt correspond exactly with the current implementation?
I would appreciate your help. Thanks in advanced.
