Thank you for the help. It still doesn't work, however. I saw in the Ciscoworks documentation that we shouldn't have Ciscoworks on the same server as TACACS so we won't be able to use TACACs with Ciscoworks. That being said , I still can't log in as the super admin. I have opened a case with Cisco and their first suggestion didn't work either:

1. Stop the Daemon Manager:

Windows: net stop crmdmgtd

Solaris: /etc/init.d/dmgtd stop

2. Go to the file containing the admin password:

%NMSROOT%\CSCOpx\lib\classpath\com\cisco\nm\cmf\servlet\cwpass

and rename or backup that file

3. Go to the original admin password file at

%NMSROOT%\CSCOpx\lib\classpath\com\cisco\nm\cmf\servlet\orig\cwpass

and copy this file into the path specified in step 2.

4. Restart the Daemon Manager:

Windows: net start crmdmgtd

Solaris: /etc/init.d/dmgtd start
