Can 3.2 do anything natvely with Netflow information?

Yes it can natively support the netflow

in LMS 3.2

Not that I'm aware of.

OTOH, Cisco has a Multi NetFlow Collector product that consumes/reports NetFlow data:

I'm not aware of any integration between the (M)NFC product and LMS, other than maybe manually adding a link to the former on LMS' External Links pane.
