No ringback tone after Call Redirect from CCX 5 to CM 6.1.X

Hello to all,

   I am facing a problem with a client and i would like to ask your help. The problem is: a customer calls external number (from PSTN). CCX answer and inform the caller that the call is been recorded for security reasons. then the application (script) Call Redirect to an employee IP Phone (they are not using Agent). At this time the caller is not hear any ringback tone, while the IP Phone is ringing.

  CCX version 5.0.2 SR2 and CM 6.1.3b.

  There is no such issue if the caller call directly to employee extension (from PSTN).

I tryed to change the Send H225 value on CM Service Parameters with no luck. I also tryed the progress_ind commands on pots on voice gateway with no luck again.

Did you check your script.  After the greeting and script the how is the call being forwarded or transfered?

The problem is with your script you can try using a known working script with same destination and compare.
