Hi
Can anyone advise how you setup IP Communicator in CCM 7.0
I tried to add the device but it does not come up with a MAC address, how can I add the IP Communictor?
Any help on the steps would be appreciated.
Thanks
Bill

Hi Bill,
The MAC address should typically be a fixed network interface card (NIC) on the
PC/Laptop where Cisco IP Communicator is installed.
Try this excellent Tech Note

Hi I have received replies and thanks for this.
I have not made it clear in my post that the problem I am having is on the call manager ver 7.0, when I select
IP communicator it does not come up with a MAC address.
The selections start from the name and the IP address is grey out after I set it up.
Why doesnt the MAC address apear for the IP communicator selection.
Thanks
Bill
