UCCX 5.0 error

Good day everyone.

Few days before we had crach with recording and statistics service.

After that,when i want I upload a script to UCCX, when it comes the time to refresh. I get this error


" Refresh failed. Please check if the engine is running "


I've already restarted CRS engine and server itself.

There is no changes with my problem.

Maybe somebody faced with problem like this?
