Cisco Call Connector for MS CRM - enabling isv configuration??

Hi everyone,

I've downloaded and installed the Cisco Call Connector for dynamics CRM, I've installed on a test machine and everything was installed correctly.

Although now on the live server, the server installation says you need to manually enable the ISV configuration ? but I can't find any documentation for this.

Can someone help ?

Hi Michelle,

I don't know of any documentation from us that deals with how to edit IVS. you do so simply by editing your isv.config.xml file.  (The isv.config.xml is part of the
default Microsoft CRM installation, which comes from Microsoft).
