Hi,

My customer wants to form two groups.Incoming calls should ring parallely to all the members of 1st Hunt Group and should be be forwarded to the second group pilot point, where again all the members Phones should ring again.

The issue is sometimes , the call is nor forwarded to the second hunt group pilot point from the first hunt group, and produces a busy tone.

Following is my config:

voice hunt-group 1 parallel
final 601
list 387,386
timeout 20
pilot 600
!
!
voice hunt-group 2 parallel
list 393,320,334,336,337,379,306,392,318,301,308
timeout 20
pilot 602

ephone-dn  137
number 601
call-forward all 602

ephone-dn 88 dual-line

number 387

pickup-group 1

description Seet Lily

name Seet Lily

call-forward busy 398

call-forward noan 398 timeout 18

!

!

ephone-dn 89 dual-line

number 388

pickup-group 1

description Lim T. K.

name Lim T. K.

call-forward busy 398

call-forward noan 398 timeout 18

Note:The ephone-dn config of the members 393,320,334,336,337,379,306,392,318,301,308 is similar to that of 393,320,334,336,337,379,306,392,318,301,308.

Thanks

Instead of having the final number of the first hunt group set to the extension of an ephone with that forwarded to the pilot of the second hunt pilot, have you tried something like this:

voice hunt-group 1 parallel

pilot 600

list 387,386

final 602

timeout 20

!
voice hunt-group 2 parallel

pilot 602

list 393,320,334,336,337,379,306,392,318,301,308
timeout 20

This should work. The only drawback is that you can not set the pilot of the first hunt-group (600) as the final number for any other hunt-group.

Thanks,

Adam

Hi

Have you tried this command?

max-redirect 20

The default is max-redirect 10 under either telephony-service or call-manager-fallback.

Regards..
