Routing 2 PSTN lines on different Ext

I am using SPA9000 with SPA400 and SPA9** . 2 PSTN lines connected on Line 1 and 2, after configuring SPA9000 and SPA400, I have routed line1 to Ext:111 and line2 to Ext:107. when i try to dial these 2 PSTN lines from outside, it rings on Line2, Ext:107. Can someone solve this issue please.
