I have installed a new Unity 7.x UM server and when I search for any user on the Unity server, I get the no matching names error. I can dial a user by extension from Unity.
A directory handler will only come back with matching names if the users have already gone through self enrollment and provided a recorded voice. Confirm that they've got a recorded voice first.
