Dear Folks,

I have a doubt regarding the new N series access point. Does it have security lock system [kensington type] like other access points ? I tried to search in internet but couldn't find the answer.

Any advise related access point physical security locks . Has anyone provided these during deployment etc ?

Regards,

Siddarth

I would strongly suggest lockable AP enclosures.

Hi Dennis,

Thank for the reply ,

Presently client is looking for a cheap solution. Does this model have facility to use standard locks , or kensinton lock type . I believe 1240 AP's , cisco ip phones comes loaded with kensinton lock module.

Regards,

SID

I just checked my unit and it appears to have a lockable bracket same as the 1130 series. Standard padlock.
