Hi,
I have 2 sites involved in this case. The CM is in the HO . I have issues in the VG in the RO. All the phoned in the RO is getting register with the CM in HO. All the route patterns are mentioned in the CM in HO. When I make a PSTN call , the dialing is made though the VG in RO according the Route Pattern In CM.
The problem which I face is that i have 4 analog lines . All the call gets forwarded to the Reception Number as in the configuration below.Whats happening is like when a call comes from a PSTN line the number 4400 will ring. When I pick the call there is no indication on audio. But the person who called though the pSTN still have the phone ringing continuosly. It seems like when I off-hook the phone then FXO is not getting the proper signal to send to the Serivce Provider.
I seek expert opnion on this issue..............................

Hi,
It sounds like the answer supervision isn't working.Have you tried Answer supervision with battery reversal or tones?
