What is basic information i need to complete a L2L vpn tunnel

Hey guys!

I need the basic information to form a L2L ipsec tunnel. If one of you all could send me a config, i can tweak when i get it with transform sets. I want to stay away from the wizards.

I have an ASA 5520 going to connect to a PIX. help!

However i am still having a tough time with this... here is what i hope you can help me with...

I am using a ASA 5520

my host 172.16.108.10

my outside network 216.100.100.100

their peer ip 10.155.35.65

their outside network 216.100.100.101

i want to use AES 256 encryption

the rest can be the default....

can you give me the commands please? the security thing isnt my thing...

help!
