I can successfully use extension mobility on a 6921 handset and able to login and logout using the settings button.
If I bind a SURL to the second button and attempt to use EM from there I get a 207 Device Name Empty
I can replicate the configuration on a 7941 handset with the SURL button and it works well.

Hi
What firmware are you running on the 7921?
There is a bug fixed in 1.0(2) (CSCsh35597) relating to this...

Thats good news thanks.
I havea uploaded the firmware but when resetting the phones they don't actually take the upgrade. I have had an issue with the 7965s where I had to hold the # key at power up and press all the keys on the keypad to do a reset..
I don't want to do that on 1000 handsets.
