Hallo,

Am deploying IP telephony and am having the following issues:

1.Extension Mobility-Extension mobility works fine,user are able to log  in and log out of their phones without any  problem,the only issue is the phones  reset completely when a user logs out and when a user logs in.What could be the problem?Am using IP addresses instead of DNS for extension mobility.

2.DND-DND works ok,the problem is when a user presses the DND softkey,the phones should show a message like "DND is active"-in my case what is showing is "????"-how do i custom this so that it displays  a message like:"DND is active".

Please help on the issues above.
