IPS manager express 7.0.X not functioning after logout

I am running IME version 7.0.2 on Windows 2003 Server, however it was found that everytime I logout the desktop (Locally, not Remote desktop) the windows IME service "Cisco IPS Manager Express" will terminated automatically. I have try to fresh install the IME with version 7.0.1 and 7.0.2 which have the same problem, but there are no problem when doing the same with IME version 6.1 and 6.2.

Did anyone experienced the same?

Yes I have the same issue with 7.x.

Don't know when Cisco will fix this.
