i can t active the Pickup with the Cisco7911 users.but not for the Cisco 3911 users.
what can i do to have the pichup for the cisco3911 users.

Hi Essaki,
Sadly, the 3911 (which is a very basic phone) does not support
Call Pickup as shown in the attached doc
