It is happening something rare in my Cisco Call Manager 7 ip telephony platform. When I call a corporate mobile which start with seven (I have the corresponding route pattern created) three digits (004) are added to the number that appear in the phone screen.

Anybody can help me to discard this digists?. What is happening?. Thanks.

Hello,

I hope you are doing great,

I would like to confirm if you could provide me a digit analysis of the outgoing call:

Navigation: Cisco Unified Serviceability

Tools:

Dialed Number Analyzer

Analysis

Pick the phone that you are using to make the call.

And dial the number as you dial it on your IP phone.

And after that can you provide me the information that the output shows you.

Thanks,

Look here for that:

Translation pattern

Route list

Transformation pattern

Most probably you're doing that in one of the above.

Look at your dial plan and see what you're matching and then look at that config.

If the call works, my guess is you don't know it but there is a reason to dial those digits, i'd ask before just going in and remove them.
