CUPC 7.0.2 clients get disconnected after an inactivity period. The user cannot anymore change the state back to available. He has to quit and log again.
I have seen this before when there is a firewall in the traffic path that is not allowing the TCP session to remain open. CUPS times it out after a period of failed communication attempts.
