I am unable to login to CASs, either from serial console or Web Console because of incorrect password.
On following the steps listed in the URL below, the server do not boot on entering "b" to boot, instead it freezes.

Sam,
Look a little further in the document to view the correct procedure. The one you're using is for the older versions of NAC.

Thanks Faisal for the note. Please notice, the document has two procedures, one for 3.5 and any thing before and another one for 3.6 and after, which I am following but didn't work.
Thanks

You're correct. Sorry for not noticing this earlier.
I'm not sure what might be causing this. Do you have a TAC case open on this yet?

No, not yet. I keep opening TAC case as the last option. You probably know cisco policy, the more TAC cases, the less partner's discount.
Thanks any way

Sami,
If it's breaking that early in the game there might be something wrong with the hardware. Think TAC case at this point might serve you better so if need be, you can get the RMA!
HTH,
Faisal
