How does one log into another phone temporarily

I have a IP Phone on my desk which I use as a primary. If I sit at another employees desk temporarily, how do I log into her phone to receive calls made to my extension?

Do I need to turn this feature on in the UC-540 first?

Phones are 7975G and 7925 cordless.

You could use Office Manager to control that other user call forward settings, and have his calls forwarded to you.
