I have a Unity CX 7.1.3 with an analog PIMG MCI integration to a NEC 2400. I am experiencing up to a 10 second delay when listening to messages from viewmail by phone. Same with recording call handlers by phone. The remote port status monitor shows a dialing status after the phone is answered, after a bit the status changes to TrapConv and connected. I had to set the PIMGs to no on wait for dialtone after flash hook to enable blind transfers. Changing the delay after flash hook didn't help. Seems like the NEC isn't signalling Unity that the phone is off-hook. Any suggestions before getting the phone vendor involved??
