CUCM 7.1.3 SIP Trunk

Hi,


I have the following problems:


I integrated  Avaya Communication Manager 8730 with CUCM 7.1.3 throught a SIP trunk between them.


All it´s working fine but occasionally when a Cisco IP Phone does a tranfer to Avaya phone the user of avaya phone doesn`t listen nothing, the call is made betwwen both endpoint but the Avaya user don't listen nothing. Why it can be?


I show the way which follow the call:


PSTN-->Avaya-->SIP Trunk--> Cisco(TransferCall)-->TrunkSIP-->Avaya


The call enter by the PRIs in Avaya. In Avaya has been created a pattern which all it arrive from DIDs of Avaya go to Cisco; and in Cisco the call is transfer again to Avaya.

I would start SIP tarces on CM and Avaya side to check what is going on. You can easily comapre sucessful and problematic call.
