HI,

I have a custom backgroung image workin on my cisco IP Communicator. I have several other models of phone in my office like 7965, 7970, 7975 etc. When I checked to change the custom background image in other phones I cant see the same image in the other phone models . Why is this. How can I can I make the same image availble to other phones also.

Do we need to create specific XML file for each model of phones.?

Yes. You need to make different images with different Xml's and upload them to the specifc directories.

7965/7945 -
Folder - /Desktops/320x212x16
• Full size image—320 pixels (width) X 212 pixels (height).
• Thumbnail image—80 pixels (width) X 53 pixels (height).

7975
Folder - /Desktops/320x216x16
• Full size image—320 pixels (width) X 216 pixels (height).
• Thumbnail image—80 pixels (width) X 53 pixels (height).

hope that helps

Hi Jilfer,

Thanks for you reply. It seems that the folder name and file is same for 7965 and 7975. How is this possible.?

Faizal

The folder names are different. I have edited the full size image size it should be 320X216 for 7975
