Partition limitations in CUCM 7.x+

Can someone confirm if the limit of 75/1475 characters is just for adding "1475" characters at one time -- or is this a system limitation, ie. you can't have all your partition names equal greater then 1475 chars?  See below when adding partitions.

To enter multiple partitions, use one line for each partition entry. You can enter up to 75 partitions; the
names and descriptions can have up to a total of 1475 characters. The partition name cannot exceed 50
characters. Use a comma (',') to separate the partition name and description on each line. If a description
is not entered, Cisco Unified Communications Manager uses the partition name as the description. For example:
  << partitionName >> , << description >>
  CiscoPartition, Cisco employee partition
  DallasPartition

That only applies to the clause you create while ADDING the partitions.

www.cisco.com/go/pdihelpdesk doesn't work -- no access.

It works, i just tested the link you posted and had no problem to see the page. Maybe there's a cookie on your browser or something else preventing you from loading the page.

You must be logged in to CCO with partner- or employee-level privileges for that link to work. The PDI HD is not end-customer facing AFAIK.
