power supply issue - WS-C6509

Hello,

We received an alert - PowerSupply_Fault_CiscoStack PWR-SWITCH [wscac2500w] is StateNotNormal. Indicates that the state of the power supply for this system is not NORMAL or SHUTDOWN."sh test" results are also attached. Can you please let me what is the issue here?

How many PS do you have?

Looks like you have a PS failure. You need a replacement PS.

Hi,

Can you please let me know why we are seeing the status to be OK under 'sh envir' & under 'sh test' we are seeing the power supply to hav efailed?

Can you post the output of those two commands? I am not seeing that on your original post.
