I am using Cisco Outbound Dialer in Preview mode. it is behaving abnormal. when I run the compain it skips the numbers starting from 0322******* remaining all numbers it dials where as when i change the prefix of this mentioned number into any other number it dials. could any body help me into it.
Are 032XXX prefixes defined in the Region Prefix. If it is not in the Region Prefix, it will not dial.
Another thing to check for is the Do No call list also.
