Hi,
I am running a CUCM 6.1.3.1000-16. Now I have some trouble with the CAR GUI and the CDR database. When I try to select any option in the CAR GUI I get an error code (code:10012). I have tried some discussed solutions to set the min/max date values on cdr db and so on. But when I try this command:
run sql insert into car:tbl_system_preferences values('CDR_MIN_DATE', '01/01/2010')
i´ll get this response:
Unique constraint (car:informix.pktbl_system_preferences_01) violated.
The same for cdr_min_max_date ...
Also see this:
admin:run sql select * from car:tbl_system_preferences
param_name param_value
========================= ===========
MIN_DATE 1148
MAX_DATE 1148

The values seems to be strange cause there are no dates, usernames or so on.
Can I rebuild the whole CDR DB from CLI? Would an update be usefull?
Anyone help?

I guess some SQL novice updated the table with value 1148 without specifying the "WHERE" clause?
Try get the table from a "good" box for reference.

I have entries of a "good" box. But at the moment i can´t insert anything in that table. I will ever get a violation error, so i can´t edit. The table seems to be locked or corrupt. Any idea?

Sorry, I missed that part. The "contraints" are some rules to prevent people from inserting bad data.
At this point, I think you need to get a TAC engineer to disable those rules, fix the table, and re-enable the rules. This can only be done from root shell.
