Hello, Can we connect switch to switch thru straight over cable ? or do we need to have cross over.
Please confirm...I am connecting from one 3750 to another 3750.

You can use straight thru cable.
3750 support MDIX

The 3750's have auto mdix so you can use either cable and it will detect and 'cross-over' or not accordingly.
