Voicemail Hangup Delay

We have a customer with a UC520.  The incoming phone lines are connected to the FXO ports.  When a caller leaves a voicemail, there a 5 second or so delay between when the caller hangs up and when the system ends the voicemail.

Is there anyway to fix this?

This sounds like an FXO disconnect problem. Are these lines connected to a PBX? What disconnect method are you using?
