A customer with Cisco Unified Communications Manager 6.0 needs to make a tranfer from his DN to another number every day. He leaves his work desk every day more or less at the same time and he asked me to automatically make this task always to the same number at a prefixed time.
Even a valid option could be to create a button to transfer all his incoming calls after he has pressed it or have a code number to be dialed to get this funtion works properly.
As I understood, he wants something similar to the night-service in the Cisco Unified Communications Manger Extpress.
Somebody knows How could I configure this funtion?
