Factory Reset Error - UC540

I am trying to factory reset a UC540 (reconfiguring IP to allow use on a network with a DHCP server).

When I run the CCA "Factory Reset" command, I end up with  the following error:

"CUE Reset Failed".

I can't run the setup wizard to configure a different IP address. Either I need to be able to resolve not being able to factory reset or can I set the IP address elsewhere.

Often the CCA is of little use.

Use CLI and you will be able to do or reset whatever you want.
