UCCX start macro on ringing event

Hi all, I have a macro that performs a screen pop on an answered event, and it works fine. The customer says she wants to start the pop process while ringing. It wasn't until then that I noticed that my variables are only populating on answer. It has been some time since I did a ringing event task, but a swear that variables and other Enterprise data wouold populate on ringing. None of the other Enterprise data (ANI, DNIS, CSQ, etc) is populating until answer either.

Is there something missed, or is this the way it is on rls 7?

Depending on your versions for UCCX and CAD or CTIOs you should be able to do this as part of the workflow process.

It should be under your desktop admin workflow administration.

Sorry I don't have access to systems today.
