Request unsuccessful to license manager

When I try to add a device in CM 7.1.2  I get the following error: Add failed. [4910] Request unsuccessful to license manager

Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks.

Have you tried checking the DLUs?

I had this problem on 6.0.1 as well as on 7.0

I tried restarting the licencing manager service a hundred times, also did reboots of the entire system, but nothing seems to work!

I have checked the DLUs and I have them in abundance.

Please help me regarding this issue.
