Hello Taran,
you can use feature navigator at
search by feature: type SLA
several items are listed, for example
FHRP - Enhanced Object Tracking of IP SLAs |
by selecting as platfrom C7600 SUP720/MSFC3 you can find out a list of possible IOS images.
Taking last subversion of penultimate version a possible choice can be:
c7600s72033-advipservices-mz.122-33.SRD3.bin |
take the equivalent of this for your image and you should be fine.
Be aware that several other uses of IP SLAs are listed in FN
Hope to help

Hello Taran,
Don't let that number confuse you. The numbering for all IOSs for 6500 has 72033 in it. For example, below IOS is the latest for 6500 switches and NOT for 7200.
s72033-adventerprisek9_wan-vz.122-33.SXI3.bin
For 7600 routers, here is the latest image on CCO
c7600rsp72043-adventerprisek9-mz.122-33.SRE.bin

72033 and 72043 both shows the type of your Supervisor engine, 72033 is for SUP720-3B and 72043 is for RSP720-3BXL,
as per your show version, you would need: c7600s72033-adventerprisek9-mz.122-33.SRE.bin, you can download it from CCO.

copy the images to disk, and then remove old "boot system flash" command and then re enter with new image file. and reload ahaa
dont forget to to use verify comand after copying the image, it will tell you if you are using correct image for your platform or not.

HI,
I have multiple options here for 6500 switch, I think I should install CAT6000-SUP720/MSFC3 rather CAT6000-VS-S720-10G/MSFC3.what u say ? For 7600 I m going to install c7600s72033-adventerprisek9-mz.122-33.SRE.bin.

Hi Yasir,
I saw that SRE image will take much memory than SRD as suggested by guislar. Now what u say , what should I do now ? I m bit confused about image choice and its upgradation . And also tell me that what should I do for ISSU ? Should it be supported on previous version of IOS . I checked it and current version is not showing anything about ISSU .plz let me know about it in detail.
Thanx and regards,
Taran

Hi,
I have seen this SRE image will take much memory as compared to others , You have suggested good idea about SRD3. This will be useful for my all needs like SLA. Plz let me know something about bootloader. Should I have to chang it or not ?Yasir also suggested good idea about ISSU. you both plz help me to sort out this issue and load IOS with minimum delay.
Thanx and regards,
Taran

You can go with SRD3 too, it supports ISSU too.
