I have a problem with IPMA is not related with the configuration because for more than 5 weeks was working very well in all aspect, but four days ago the attendant console not get up, i can see next message:
please contact with the administrator
Finding in the internet i found the follow steps:
Under the Service Parameter for IPMA assistant, makes sure that the IP address for the CTI Manager is entered. Then, restart the Cisco Tomcat service and CTIManager service.
i have followed this steps but until now is not working yet.
Somebody had similar trouble and what is the solution?, thank in advance.
