In service software upgrade must be supported and it should be possible to upgarade the router 7600 from one OS version to another without a downtime.

Hi Sandeep,
You can only copy the IOS image but this will not effect untill you save this image and reload the router.

You can use ISSU, but make sure both IOS must be compatible with ISSU.

Well it supports, please go through the link i have already given you, you will have to copy both new and old IOS on the flash of both active, backup supervisors, and then will have to follow the exact procecure shown in the guides. it works and you face minimum of 10 Seconds downtime.

ISSU and eFSU are supported under 7600, however there are some caveats so I recommend reading the documentation on this subject:
