how to enable CDR in CME setup

we have HQ and branch office, HQ is CUCM 7.1 and in branch office we have

2811 CME setup with 4 FXO lines. For HQ billing we are able to generate CDR without any issuse.

Now we want to generate billing report for branch office CME setup, how to generate CDR in CME and we need to pull the CDR data from CME to HQ billing server.

Please light me billing setup for HQ and branch office CME setup

Call Details Records

The accounting process collects accounting data for each call leg created on the Cisco voice gateway. You can use this information for post-processing activities such as generating billing records and network analysis. Voice gateways capture accounting data in the form of call detail records (CDRs) containing attributes defined by Cisco. The gateway can send CDRs to a RADIUS server, syslog server, or to a file in .csv format for storing to flash or an FTP server.
