Hi All,

We have a Cisco Call Manager version 5.1.3 and Cisco router which is configured as H.323 Gateway with IP phones .The setup is working fine.

Our customer wants to connect his India office to US office by procuring IPLC link which will get terminated on Cisco routers at both ends.At Us end, he has got a Avaya Exchange .

I am a little bit confused of how to integrate the Cisco Call Manager with Avaya exchnage .Can somebody guide me on the same of how to make it work or do I need to ask customer about his existing Avaya setup at US ?

Hi Aman,

Yes we need to contact your customer to find out the exact model of Avaya and its capabilities, whether it supports sip or h323 for our purposes.

We need to agree on the IP addresses which both Call Agents will be using for communications between each other once we choose a protocol.

I guess you would want to take a look on Cisco interop site for CUCM
