SIP disabled but SIP still appears in "show proc"

Disabled SIP on 3745 via the sip-ua no transport udp, no tranport tcp commands. We wanted to disable SIP to stop %SIP-3-UNSUPPORTED: Unsupported ptime value log messages b/c we do not need SIP in our config. The show tcp brief and show ip sockets confirm that the router is no longer listening on port 5060. But I still see SIP info when I do show proc | incl SIP.  Why do I still see this info is SIP is disabled? Thanks
