Intercom to All phones

We have CUCM 6.1.2 and wondering the best way (and if possible) to have our receptionist to be able to call all phones, and have them pick up with speaker after she dialed a specific extension. We had this similar setup on a different phone system, and want to recreate it on our new cisco gear.

CUCM does not include paging capabilities, this requires a 3rd party app.

There are plenty of recommendations on NetPro

Berbee Informacast is a very popular option.

There's another approche which will hopefully do what you're requesting,

1) Add a new line to the users phone.

2) Create a hount pilot which points to all of those lines.

3) Configure the lines in the users phone to autoanswer the calls
