Was this switch upgraded from a regular 6500 to 6500-E?, if yes the fan trays need to be replaced.

What is the temperature in the room where the switch is sitting?

The temparature of the room(data center) is fine. Also, there was no upgrade done earlier. Please check the below output as well:
