Device not configured in ACS re-appeared after schedule device discovery

I have a list of Devices Not Configured in ACS, so I use CW Assistant to add it to ACS, CW assistant populated the devices to ACS successfully. However, when I performed another device discovery, CS move the devices mentioned above the the devices not configured in ACS again. I've confirmed all devices are added to ACS. What could the problem be?

The devices may not be accessible to the current LMS user. Check to make sure they are added to ACS exactly how they appear in the report, and that the NDG to which the devices belong is accessible to the current LMS user. You may need to restart ACS and Daemon Manager to sync the two applications.
