CW picked up an unusual device and put it in Device Not Configured in ACS

My CW server picked up this device:

Display Name                                 Attributes
fcccm                                              IP Address=
                                                       Host Name =10.4.2250.5

The IP address doesnt exist, the host name is wrong. How can I remove it?

Either add this IP to ACS temporarily so that you can see the device in the DCR device  list, and remove it.  Or, temporarily disable ACS integration in LMS, and remove the device from the DCR device list.  Then you can re-enable ACS integration.
