UT LMS3.2 at none routed and isolated networks

We have networks that will not beeing routed, by means where we don't have a belonging routing device to query the ARP cache for UT.

So we will need Pingsweep that triggers UTping from the LMS to that networks, that should be working for UT, if this networks will be routed to the LMS server and not beeing isolated. But how can we get the IP-Addresses of end stations for Usertracking within this isolated networks? Is there a possibility to activate ping sweep from a switch at this subnets instead of UTPing from LMS?

What is the real default setting for LMS3.2 for the Ping sweep? If the product is freshly installed the Radio Button will be at:

"Exclude subnets from Ping Sweep", with all found Subnets at "Available Sources", not selected ones. That should actual mean the same as "Perform Ping Sweep on all subnets", true? Is this setting is the real behavior on default or is ping-sweep switched off and the GUI shows the Radio Button at this position only on default by coinsidence? I'm asking because till v2.6 the default for UT/Ping sweep was off?

If networks do not have a supported router device on them, then UT will not get IPs for end hosts on those networks.  Even if you ping sweep those subnets, UT will have no ARP cache to query to get IPs.  And, no, you cannot have UT perform a remote ping sweep.  All ping sweeps us the UTPing utility on the Campus server.

A virgin 3.2 installation will have the "Exclude subnets from Ping Sweep" box checked with no subnets excluded.
