new domino unified communications problem

We have a couple PC's running Windows 7 and also have DUC 1.2.4 installed on them. When they open up a voicemail the only option the Recording/Playback buttons have is the phone that's selected. They are grayed out and can't be selected to playback on the computer. Sometimes when you close the voicemail then open it back up again then the computer will be selected but still grayed out. I have attached a screen shot of what it looks like.

We are running ducs 1.2.4 and Notes 8.5. We have duc 1.2.4 on the domino server. Any help would be much appreciated.

If you are running Domino in 64 bit, it's not support. Only 32 bit is. (currently)

Thank you for the tip. But Domino is being run in 32 bit. Everyone else that is running XP works fine. They have no problem. I'm almost certain it's because DUCs isn't supported in Windows7. But just wasn't sure if someone has a work around for the problem or if it is something else that's wrong with it.
